Welcome to the MSS Job Portal, operated and powered by Model Service Society (MSS), a Community Development Authority (CDA) licensed non-profit organization based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MSS Job Portal. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the portal.
The MSS Job Portal exists solely to support career guidance, employment awareness, and information sharing in line with the humanitarian and social mission of MSS.
The MSS Job Portal functions as a community-driven employment awareness platform. It allows:
Job seekers to create profiles and view job-related information
Employers to share job opportunities and organizational details
MSS:
Does not operate as a recruitment or placement agency
Does not charge recruitment or placement fees
Does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes
All hiring decisions and employment relationships are solely between employers and candidates.
By using the MSS Job Portal, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You will use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes
All users agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
Use the platform respectfully and responsibly
Refrain from posting false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful content
Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that job postings comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the portal, including profiles and job postings.
By submitting content, users grant MSS a non-exclusive, limited right to display, store, and process such content solely for platform operation and employment awareness purposes.
MSS reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
MSS strives to maintain reliable access to the portal but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be temporarily suspended due to:
Maintenance or system upgrades
Technical issues
Security concerns
MSS shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
MSS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or outcome arising from interactions between employers and candidates
MSS does not verify, endorse, or guarantee job postings or user profiles
MSS shall not be responsible for employment decisions, contractual agreements, or disputes
Use of the MSS Job Portal is entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
MSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if:
These Terms are violated
The platform is misused
False or harmful content is submitted
User behavior undermines the mission or integrity of MSS
Users may request account deletion at any time through available account settings or by contacting MSS.
Use of the MSS Job Portal is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
By using the platform, you consent to the handling of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
MSS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
