- End-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)
- Performance management & employee relations
- HR ops, compliance & UAE labour law
- L&D and people analytics
What we're looking for:
- 5–7 years of UAE HR generalist experience
- Full-cycle recruitment ownership
- Strong business partnering & stakeholder skills
- Automotive or technical environment background is a plus
