REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage (if applicable).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
