Urgent Requirement 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of electrical, mechanical, MEP, and engineering materials.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material availability.
• Monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery.
• Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, engineering, and finance teams.
• Ensure materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Assist in reducing procurement costs while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4–5 years of procurement experience in the Electro-Mechanical/MEP industry.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials and equipment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
