Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team during operations.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Handle surgical instruments and medical supplies efficiently.
• Document patient records and surgical procedures accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies in the operating room.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 4–5 years of OT/Operation Theatre nursing experience.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and operating room procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
• BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.
