Senior leadership role responsible for establishing and managing the operational, academic, and governance framework of a Business School. The position involves accreditation, institutional setup, team building, international partnerships, and board administration.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead institutional accreditation and regulatory compliance
* Support setup of academic and administrative structures
* Oversee operational planning and campus development
* Build international academic partnerships and collaborations
* Support fundraising and stakeholder engagement
* Act as Secretary to Board of Advisors/Trustees (meetings, documentation, governance)
Qualifications
* Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Business, Education, or related field
* 10–12 years’ experience in higher education or academic administration
* Strong knowledge of accreditation frameworks
* Experience in leadership, institutional setup, and governance
* UAE/GCC experience preferred
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
