Joinery Foreman-MSS Ref 10010

We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a Joinery Foreman to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division.

Role Overview:  
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise joinery production activities on-site and in the workshop
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and cutting lists accurately
- Quantify materials and accessories required for joinery works
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements
- Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector
- UAE experience: 3 years (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, and production processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus
