*Position Overview*

The Head of IT & Digital Infrastructure is responsible for building and managing the institution’s full technology ecosystem, including academic platforms, student information systems, cybersecurity, and campus IT operations.

This role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient digital systems that support accreditation, academic delivery, and administrative functions, playing a key role in the institution’s launch and long-term digital strategy.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Design and implement the institution’s IT and digital infrastructure
* Manage academic systems (LMS, SIS) and digital learning platforms
* Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance
* Oversee campus IT operations, networks, and infrastructure
* Support technology needs for faculty, students, and administration
* Lead vendor selection, system integration, and IT procurement
* Develop and execute IT policies, procedures, and digital strategy
* Collaborate with academic leadership on digital learning initiatives

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* 8–12 years’ experience in IT leadership, preferably in education
* Strong experience with LMS, SIS, ERP, and cloud systems
* Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data protection standards
* Experience in system implementation and digital transformation
* UAE/GCC experience preferred
