Key Responsibilities

Technical Evaluation & Solution Design

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions. 
• Evaluate servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, software, and end-user computing requirements. 

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source quotations from manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. 
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, warranties, and commercial terms. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with ICT vendors and technology partners. 

Team Leadership & Support

• Provide technical guidance and support to the tender team. 
• Review team evaluations and recommend procurement strategies. 
• Assist team members in resolving technical and commercial challenges. 
• Ensure standard tender evaluation and review processes are followed. 

Risk & Compliance Management

• Identify technical, commercial, and supply chain risks during tender stages. 
• Ensure all proposals comply with customer, manufacturer, and company requirements. 
• Review contractual obligations and highlight potential project risks. 

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal departments. 
• Participate in clarification meetings and technical discussions. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related field. 
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ICT tendering, technical procurement, presales, or bid management. 
• Experience handling government, enterprise, or large-scale ICT tenders.
