Position: Commercial Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Project: High Rise Building

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in Commercial / QS Department, with at least 5 years in UAE
- Must have handled High Rise / Towers / Infrastructure projects in UAE
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, Cost Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Expertise in Subcontractor Management, Variation Orders, Claims & Final Accounts
- Strong experience in Client Billing, Cash Flow Management and Cost Control
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying software

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of commercial and contractual aspects of the project
- Managing QS team, valuations, and cost reporting
- Liaison with client, consultants and subcontractors
